Exclusive jurisdiction under English Law

[hashtag#contract] [hashtag#Englishlaw] In what ways do UK courts generally establish jurisdiction in their favor and do different rules apply to proceedings issued before and after 31 December 2020?

Although the UK has not signed the CISG, English law and the CISG do not differ greatly in terms of the standards that goods under a contract for international sales of goods should meet. The main area of difference lies in the remedies available. What are some examples?
