• Consulting Services: Clients may cancel consulting services up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee.
• Training Programs: Clients may cancel their enrollment in training programs up to 7 days before the program start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the program fee.
• Online Courses: Clients may cancel their enrollment in online courses within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.

• Adroit Claims & ADR Consultants reserves the right to cancel any service or program due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
